I have had the lucky opportunity to work on multiple surveys. This has entailed ideating questions and sequence, pre-testing, revising, and implementation. Below are three surveys I led.Â
Small Enterprises in Tanzanian Food Service Survey
Listed 3,400+ enterprises (street food vendors) across nine administrative units of Dar es Salaam.
Selected a representative sample of 1,122 enterprises.
Led pre-testing and programming.
Topics: labor, asset inventory, access to services and utilities, fuel use, procurement, output menu.
Two-period recall with an open-ended start year.
